Information & Policies

  1. PHONE ORDERS: Please call us at 916-638-9934 to place your order. Your order can be paid for by Visa or MasterCard. Credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. We must verify this address with your credit card company, so please be exact.
  2. SHIPPING CHARGES: All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We do not pay any shipping charges. You authorize SUV & Truck Parts to charge your credit card for any and all shipping charges, including call tag requests.
  3. DELIVERY TIME: Most items will be delivered in two or three days. Truck and special orders will take longer. Please be patient; we are very quick, but we are not a delivery company. Ask your sales representative to estimate time of delivery.
  4. DAMAGED PARTS: All parts leave our warehouse in good condition. If a part is received damaged, call the shipping company immediately to file a claim. Damaged parts are warranted on an exchange basis only, absolutely no refunds.
  5. PROBLEM PARTS: Items that are defective, lost, damaged or wrong will be exchanged only, no refunds. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. SUV & Truck Parts will not be responsible for labor on defective, damaged, lost, or wrong parts.
  6. WARRANTY: Absolutely no refunds or returns. Our warranty is for 30 days on an exchange basis only. All sales are final.
